Hugo Joins The Asker Group
And Ventures into Territories New

Asker Healthcare Group builds and acquires leading  healthcare companies providing safe and high-quality medical supplies, devices and equipment in Europe.

The group currently consists of over 40 companies located in 16 countries , with Hugo Technology the first acquisition in the UK.

It is a huge testament to the credibility, integrity and success of Hugo that Asker have chosen us to partner with CRS medical in Germany.

I asked Warwick a few questions:

How are you feeling after Monday’s announcement?

"Happy😉 I was hoping it would be well received by the staff as Andrew and I believe this is a great move for the company."

How do you see  the Asker acquisition benefitting Hugo in the next 18 months?

"This will enable Hugo to leverage the opportunities that we have with our customers in other territories but also will help us open doors with potential new customers who may not have dealt with us previously. It also secures the long-term future of the company."

What do you foresee as the long-term strategic goals for Hugo?

"This will be determined in the coming months as we need to fully understand how to maximise our potential with the networks we share with CRS and Asker."

How might Hugo moving into the European market actually look?

"We have been looking at opportunities over the last 6 months and now will be able to move forward with a viable solution. The strategy will need to  be agreed with CRS and Asker in the near future. Andrew and I will be travelling to Prague next week to meet the Directors of the other companies in the Asker group."

What are you most excited about for Hugo’s future?

"I genuinely think that joining a large group will put Hugo in a much stronger position to grow and hopefully give all staff security and opportunities to develop with a group of companies that share our values."

The next twelve months will see us transitioning to the group,  this should be a very exciting time for Hugo.
